Featured Puzzle: Index Sums #2

I really liked the concept behind Index Sums puzzles. Do a little mild arithmetic based on the values of rows and columns, and shade the appropriate cells to reach the given totals. I use a chalkboard for the look in several other puzzle types, so why not a whiteboard here?

  • Shade cells that add up to the given sums.
  • Numbers below and to the right of the grid represent the value of that row or column.
  • Numbers above and to the left indicate the total value of all shaded cells in their respective row or column. For example, a 5 at the top of a column might have a single present in row 5, or two presents either in rows 1&4 or 2&3.
  • Columns or rows without sums might have any total.

Be on the lookout for a future Index Sums Solving Guide.
