Featured Puzzle: Stone on Stone #2
Today, we’re stacking rocks! Stone on Stone is a cell-shading puzzle, in which your goal is to find hidden blocks of contiguous cells.
- All regions must hold a single “stone” – an orthogonally contiguous group of shaded cells.
- Regions with a number must contain a stone of that size, while those in non-numbered regions are of unknown size.
- Two stones may not share a side across a region border.
- If you imagine all the solution stones “falling,” the resulting stack must be level across the grid. Another way to put it is that the same number of cells must be shaded in every column.
